The music streaming service is increasing its music revenue from $1.8 billion in 2017 to $1 billion this year.
The rise in Spotify’s revenue from streaming services is due to the rise in sales from Spotify and YouTube, which are now streaming a combined $2.7 billion worth of music each day.
The music industry has also seen an increase in revenue from online platforms.
The number of digital downloads on Spotify increased by 1.7 million, or 10 percent, in the second quarter of this year to 2.8 million.
This is due in part to an increase of 665,000 unique users from YouTube in the first quarter.
The revenue increase comes after Spotify announced a $1 per month subscription fee increase in June, which is the first time Spotify has announced a subscriber fee increase.
The company also said in July that it was going to begin rolling out paid advertising to Spotify users.
This will be the first paid advertising product offered by Spotify.
The number of paid music downloads has increased from 5.5 million in the quarter before the subscriber fee announcement to 8.3 million in Q2.
The increase comes despite the increase in streaming revenues from YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music, which has been increasing in the past three quarters.
