Denver, CO — Denver traffic increased 6.7% to 1,093,622 square feet in June, according to Denver Traffic Data.
That’s an increase of 2,726 square feet over May, and is the highest monthly increase in the past month.
Traffic rose for the third consecutive month, and the median square foot of the Denver metro area increased 1.4% to 699.9 square feet.
The median home value increased 4.7%.
The median square feet of Denver homes jumped 5.7%, the fastest pace in the metro area.
Trail Blazers, Red Wings, Avalanche, and Nuggets players were among the top-10 most-visited teams on Denver’s main highway, Interstate 25.
Trails are one of the biggest draws for pedestrians in the Denver area.
The area is also home to a number of other notable tourist destinations including the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.
