Google News has updated its Chrome browser to remove a feature that lets users see URL-encoded links and pages.
The update is available now in the Chrome Web Store and can be used on any Chrome browser.
The new feature is meant to reduce the amount of information Google is collecting about users, including when they visit a website.
The browser is now blocked in the US, Brazil, France, and Germany.
The updates to other countries are rolling out over the next few days.
Google says it will continue to improve Chrome to make the experience better for users.
